Of the several brands of heater core we've installed at the shop we stick with this one ... never had a comeback. Volvo part # 1215673 fits all of the 240 series 1975-93. Fits '73-'75 140/164 series. 2 year warranty + what is maybe best of all ... illustrated instructions on how to install it from the passenger side without completely dismantling the heater box. Saves a bunch of time. Comes with rubber strip attached the way it's supposed to be done.
